The TruFlux FS1 is a self-propelled, high-resolution digital scanner that creates a topographical image of storage tank floor plates from 6 mm to 12 mm. The FS1 is easy to use and highly practical. The system folds down into a locked transport position.

The Truflux Mini is the latest addition to the Baugh
and Weedon tank floor scanning range developed to
deliver to the operator a full package for a complete
tank floor scan solution. TruFlux Mini has the capability
of scanning the edge of a floor up to the tank shell
wall, into corners and under fixed pipework increasing
inspection coverage.

LUMACHECK / LUMAFLUX
The LumaCheck Dual UV and White Light Meter has been designed to offer the user the most accurate results and versatile calibration options available on the market.
The LumaCheck is a unique system design since it is the Sensor that stores the calibration details, not the Instrument itself, meaning that only the Sensor needs to be sent for calibration subject to the standards that your facility operates in accordance with. This allows the unit of the LumaCheck to be “hot-swapped” with another sensor and remain in continuous use.
The LumaFlux has all the capabilities of the LumaCheck, but adds a 3D magnetic tangential field strength meter.
LUMATORCH
The LumaTorch 2 inspection torch utilizes state-of-art LED technology, making it a great tool for fluorescent MT, PT, and leak detection. Made of aviation-grade aluminium alloy, the key highlights of this model being its excellent cooling ability, robustness and it’s lightweight ergonomic design.
The LumaTorch 2 has two different beam modes including spotlight and floodlight versions, all equipped with a black light filter. The spotlight version makes it possible to conduct inspections in daylight, whilst light reflectors are interchangeable for flood vs spot operation in the Torch 365 kit.
PORTABLE UV INSPECTION LAMP RANGE
The Opus is a mains only, handheld LED UV lamp featuring 4 powerful UV-A (365nm) LEDs, plus a convenient white light LED to quickly switch between fluorescent inspection and flaw location.

The Apollo AP36-L and AP365-XL overhead panels are great for fluorescent MT, PT, and leak detection.
​Constructed from aviation-grade aluminum alloy, the Apollo 365 series LED UV panel is a rugged unit and will endure the harshest working conditions; with the excellent cooling ability and is dust-proof. A waterproof protective case can also be added to the system.
